DORMÁN FARKAS
Kolos Dormán Farkas is a Hungarian graphic artist who graduated from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts. His work centers on the techniques of printmaking — particularly collagraphy and linocut — through which he explores the themes of myth, ritual, and transformation. His outstanding series, such as Satyr Play, Bacchanalia, and Vase Diary, reinterpret classical motifs in a monumental form imbued with contemporary expression. His works have been exhibited in numerous national and international shows, including in Kyiv, Tatabánya, and Hódmezővásárhely. His achievements include scholarships in Rome and Valencia, as well as an award in the graphics section of the 2025 National Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (OTDK). He is also a member of the Association of Hungarian Graphic Artists.
